Where can I view a description after I add it?
- Open the related Bitable.
- In the left navigation area, find the data table, dashboard, or view that has the description.
- The description appears directly below that object name.
What kind of content can I put in a description?
- Open the Add Description editor.
- Enter the content you want to save.
- This feature is mainly used for text-based notes. If you need richer presentation, use other collaboration content together with the description.
Why can’t I find the Add Description option?
- Confirm that you opened the correct Bitable.
- Check whether the More menu is visible next to the object name in the left panel.
- If the option is still unavailable, confirm that you have edit permission for the Bitable.
