FAQ

Where can I view a description after I add it?

  1. Open the related Bitable.
  2. In the left navigation area, find the data table, dashboard, or view that has the description.
  3. The description appears directly below that object name.

What kind of content can I put in a description?

  1. Open the Add Description editor.
  2. Enter the content you want to save.
  3. This feature is mainly used for text-based notes. If you need richer presentation, use other collaboration content together with the description.

Why can’t I find the Add Description option?

  1. Confirm that you opened the correct Bitable.
  2. Check whether the More menu is visible next to the object name in the left panel.
  3. If the option is still unavailable, confirm that you have edit permission for the Bitable.
