1. Create a Number Field
Entry path: Click the + button on the right side of the header → Field Type → Number
- Click the + button on the right side of the header.
- Select Number from the field type list.
- Enter a field name.

2. Set the Number Format
Entry path: Right-click the field title → Field Settings → Number Format

- Click OK to save the setting.

- Interface result: Numbers in the field are displayed in the selected format.

3. Set a Default Value
Entry path: Right-click the field title → Field Settings → Default Value
- Right-click the number field title.
