1. Right-click the field title and select Field Settings.
2. Find the option you no longer need in the option list.
3. Click the delete icon next to that option.

How do I search existing options during entry?

1. Click the target cell to open the option list.
2. Enter a keyword in the search box at the top.
3. Select the target option from the filtered results.

Can a single-choice option field store multiple selections?

1. No. A single-choice option field can store only one option at a time.
2. If you need multiple values, create a Multi-Select field instead.
3. Move categories that need parallel selection into that field type.
