How do I quickly delete an option I no longer need?
- Right-click the field title and select
Field Settings. - Find the option you no longer need in the option list.
- Click the delete icon next to that option.
How do I search existing options during entry?
- Click the target cell to open the option list.
- Enter a keyword in the search box at the top.
- Select the target option from the filtered results.
Can a single-choice option field store multiple selections?
- No. A single-choice option field can store only one option at a time.
- If you need multiple values, create a
Multi-Selectfield instead. - Move categories that need parallel selection into that field type.
