3. Set a Default Value
Entry point: Right-click the field title, then open Field Settings and find Default Value.
- Right-click the date field title.

- Close the panel after saving the setting.

4. Enter a Date
Entry point: Click the target cell to open the date picker.
- Click the date cell that you want to fill in.

- Confirm the entered value.

- Interface result: The cell shows the selected date, and time appears when time display is enabled.
