1. Add a Created By field
Entry: Tap the table header → Edit → Field Type → Created By
- Tap the table header where you want to add a new field.
- In the floating toolbar, tap Edit.
- In the field editing window, tap Field Type.
- Select Created By.
- Set the field name, then tap OK to finish.

- On-screen result: A new Created By field column appears in the table.

Tips While Using
- The Created By field is a system record field.

2. Auto-fill the creator
Entry: The value is recorded automatically when a new record is created
- Add a new record in a table that already contains a Created By field.
- Save or complete the record entry.
- Check the Created By field. The system fills in the current user name automatically.
- After the record is created, the field value cannot be edited manually.
