1. Add a creation time field
Entry: the + button on the right side of the header → Field Type list → Creation Time
- Click the + button on the right side of the table header.
- In the field type list, select Creation Time.
- Enter a field name.
- Click OK to finish.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: a new Creation Time field column appears in the table.
- What you can do next: when you add or view records, the system-filled creation time is visible.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: if you do not choose Creation Time, a different field type may be added instead.

2. Change the time display format
Entry: right-click the field title → Field Settings → Date Format
- Right-click the Creation Time field title.
- Select Field Settings.
- Choose the date and time display format you want.
- Confirm the change, and all records will display the new format.
