1. Add a Creation Time field
Entry path: Table header → Edit → Field Type → Creation Time
- Open a Smart Table or data table.
- Tap the table header where you want to add a new field.
- In the floating toolbar, tap Edit.
- In the field editing window, tap Field Type.
- Select Creation Time.
- Enter a field name.
- Tap OK to finish creating the field.

2. Check the auto-filled result
Entry path: Add a new record and review the Creation Time column
- In a data table that already contains a Creation Time field, add a new record.
- Fill in the other required information for that record.
- Check the Creation Time field for the current record.
- Confirm that WPS has filled in the current time in the
yyyy/MM/dd HH:mmformat. - Try editing the field and confirm that it cannot be changed manually after creation.

- Interface result: the new record shows a specific date and time in the Creation Time column.
