1. Add a Creation Time Field

Entry: Tap the header area → Edit → Field Type → Creation Time

  1. Open the database where you want to add a new field.
  2. Tap the header area for the field section.
  3. In the floating toolbar, tap Edit.
  4. In the field settings window, tap Field Type.
  5. Select Creation Time.
  6. Enter a field name and confirm the setting.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: a new Creation Time Field column appears in the database.
  • What you can do next: new records can now receive timestamps automatically.

Tips While Using

  • Creation Time Field is a system time field for record creation tracking.
  • You can rename the field, but the field type should remain Creation Time.

2. Check the Auto-Filled Creation Time

Entry: Create a new record in a database that already contains the field

  1. Open a database that already includes a Creation Time Field.
  2. Add a new record.
  3. Finish entering the record content and return to the table view.
  4. Find the value in the Creation Time Field for that record.
  5. Confirm that the system has filled in the current creation time automatically.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the new record shows a date and time value in the Creation Time Field.
  • What you can do next: you can continue reviewing timestamps for other records.

Tips While Using

  • The displayed format is yyyy/MM/dd HH:mm.
  • After creation, the value cannot be edited manually.

3. Sort or Filter Records by Creation Time

Entry: Use sorting or filtering in the database view

  1. Open a database that contains a Creation Time Field.
  2. Choose the Creation Time Field as the sorting basis.
  3. Set ascending or descending order as needed.
  4. If needed, add a time-range filter to show only matching records.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: records are reordered by creation time, or only matching records remain visible.
  • What you can do next: you can review timeline changes or locate target records more quickly.

Tips While Using

  • Before sorting or filtering, confirm that records already have auto-generated creation times.
