1. Create a checkbox field

Entry: Click the + button on the right side of the header → field type list → Checkbox

  1. Click the + button on the right side of the table header.
  2. In the field type list, select Checkbox.
  3. Enter a field name.
  4. Click OK to finish creating the field.
