1. Add an advanced field

Entry path: Data table view → Tap a header → Edit → Field Type

  1. Open the target data table.
  2. Tap the header that you want to configure.
  3. In the floating toolbar, tap Edit.
  4. Tap Field Type to open the field type list.
  5. Review the available advanced field types.

Success Criteria

  • The field type list opens successfully.
  • You can see field types such as ID, Created by, Last edited by, Created time, and Last edited time.

Tips While Using

  • Start from the data table view before editing a header.
  • It is helpful to plan the field structure before entering formal data.

2. Add an ID field

Entry path: Data table view → Header → Edit → Field Type → ID

  1. Open the field type list.
  2. Select ID.
  3. Set the numbering rule if the page provides related options.
  4. Save the field settings.

  • An ID field is added to the data table.
  • New records can receive an automatically generated number.

3. Add a Created by field

4. Add time fields

  1. Open the field type list.
  2. Select Created time or Last edited time.

  4. Check whether the selected time field appears in the table.

  • The selected time field is added to the data table.
  • Created time records when the data was created, and Last edited time records the latest update time.

5. Check whether advanced fields fill automatically

Entry path: Record area in a data table that already contains advanced fields

  1. Add a new record or edit an existing record in a table that already has advanced fields.
  2. Review the values shown in ID, Created by, Last edited by, Created time, or Last edited time.
  3. Confirm that these values do not need manual entry.

Success Criteria

  • Advanced fields display their values automatically.
  • You do not need to type creator, editor, time, or ID information manually.
