1. Add query conditions

Entry: Query view top toolbar → Query Configuration

  1. Select Query View in the left navigation area.
  2. Click Query Configuration on the top toolbar.
  3. In the Set Query Conditions panel, click + Query Condition.
  4. Choose the field type you want to add from the drop-down menu.
  5. After selecting a field, set the query parameters in the dialog box, including the field, matching method, custom prompt text, and required status.
  6. Click Confirm to save the settings.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The new query condition appears in the Set Query Conditions panel.
  • What you can do next: You can continue adding more conditions or return to the query view to run a query.

Tips While Using

  • The Query Configuration entry appears only in Query View.
  • If you enable Required, users must fill in that condition before running the query.
  • Custom prompt text is useful for explaining input format or query scope.

2. Manage existing query conditions

Entry: Query view top toolbar → Query Configuration

  1. Click Query Configuration on the top toolbar.
  2. Review the conditions already listed in the Set Query Conditions panel.
  3. Click the Settings icon next to the target condition to open the configuration dialog box.
  4. Change the matching method or other parameters, then click Confirm to save.
  5. If you want to delete the condition, click Remove in the configuration dialog box.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The updated condition settings are saved, or the selected condition is removed from the list.
  • What you can do next: You can continue adjusting other conditions or return to the query view and use the updated query rules.

Tips While Using

  • After a query condition is removed, you need to add it again if you want to restore it.
  • Before changing the matching method, confirm that the field type still matches your query goal.
