FAQ
Will mentioned members receive a notification?
If the option to remind members is selected when you post the comment, mentioned members can receive a message notification. If that option is not selected, reminder behavior depends on the current interface setting.
Can I delete a comment after posting it?
Yes. Open the record comment area, find the target comment, click the ... menu on that comment, and then choose Delete.
What content is supported in comments?
Comments currently support text and @mentions. Images and attachments are not supported.
