Does hiding a field affect what other collaborators see?

  1. Open the Field Management panel.
  2. Find the field you want to hide and click the eye icon.
  3. After the field is hidden, other collaborators may also see the updated visibility state when viewing the table.

Can I recover data after deleting a field?

  1. In the Field Management panel, click the ··· icon next to the target field.
  2. Before selecting Delete, confirm whether the data in that field is still needed.
  3. Deleting a field also removes the data in that field. If recovery is needed, try checking version history if it is available in your workflow.

What happens if I delete a field that is referenced by a formula?

  1. Check whether the target field is referenced by a formula field.
  2. If the field is already used by a formula, deleting it may cause formula results to become incorrect.
  3. Update the formula reference first, then delete the field.
