- Open the Configure Parameters panel.
- Click the Record scope to modify dropdown.
- Choose the scope that matches your workflow, such as all records or a selected set of records.
What dynamic values can I use when setting field values?
- Add a target field in the Set field values area.
- Click the + button next to the field value input box.
- Choose from available dynamic values such as current time, trigger user, and the record triggered in Step 1.
Why does the action require at least one field?
- Check whether any field has already been added in Set field values.
- If not, click + Add field value.
- After at least one field value is set, click Save and enable again.
