What options are available in the record scope setting?

  1. Open the Configure Parameters panel.
  2. Click the Record scope to modify dropdown.
  3. Choose the scope that matches your workflow, such as all records or a selected set of records.

What dynamic values can I use when setting field values?

  1. Add a target field in the Set field values area.
  2. Click the + button next to the field value input box.
  3. Choose from available dynamic values such as current time, trigger user, and the record triggered in Step 1.

Why does the action require at least one field?

  1. Check whether any field has already been added in Set field values.
  2. If not, click + Add field value.
  3. After at least one field value is set, click Save and enable again.
