1. Open the Show Scale settings from the ribbon

  4. Wait for the zoom settings dialog to open.

2. Choose a preset zoom percentage

4. Zoom in or out from the status bar

Feature path: Bottom status bar → + / - / percentage value

  1. Find the zoom area in the bottom status bar of the worksheet window.
  2. Click + to zoom in.
  3. Click - to zoom out.
  4. If you need a more exact value, click the percentage number in the middle and enter the percentage you want.

  • Interface result: The worksheet zoom changes immediately after each click.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Do not confuse display zoom in the status bar with print scaling.
