1. Adjust Show Scale from the ribbon

Entry: Top View tab → Show Scale

1. Open the spreadsheet file that you want to review.
2. Click the View tab at the top of the window.
3. Click Show Scale on the toolbar.
4. In the dialog box, choose a preset percentage such as 120%, 100%, or 80%.
5. If you need more precise control, enter a custom percentage value.
6. Click OK to apply the current zoom setting.

Entry: Bottom status bar → + / - / percentage value

1. Open the spreadsheet file and look at the bottom status bar.
2. Find the Show Scale area with the + and - controls.
3. Click + to zoom in on the current worksheet step by step.
4. Click - to zoom out on the current worksheet step by step.
5. If the interface allows direct editing of the percentage, click the current value and enter a specific number.
