Why can't I see the Row and Column Shortcuts entry in my worksheet?

  1. Make sure you opened an editable worksheet in WPS Sheets.
  2. Check whether Display Settings is visible in the lower-right status bar.
  3. Turn on Row and Column Shortcuts in Display Settings, then check whether shortcut buttons appear near rows or columns.

Why didn't dragging replace the original content?

  1. Select the row or column that you want to move first.
  2. Drag it to the target position and watch for the insertion indicator line.
  3. If you want to replace the original content, hold Shift during the drag.

Will my previous changes disappear after I turn off Row and Column Shortcuts?

  1. No. Turning off the feature only hides the shortcut buttons.
  2. Completed row or column moves and replacements remain in the current worksheet.
  3. If needed, you can turn the feature on again in Display Settings.
