1. Turn Row and Column Headings On or Off from the View Tab

  1. Open WPS Spreadsheet and go to the worksheet you want to view.
  2. Click the View tab at the top.
  3. Find the Row and Column Headings toggle or checkbox on the toolbar.
  4. Click it once to turn the headings on. Row numbers appear on the left, and column letters appear at the top.
  5. Click it again to turn the headings off and hide those markers.
