Entry: Collaboration tab → Related Collection Sheet

  1. Open the Smart Spreadsheet where you want to collect data.
  2. Click the Collaboration tab at the top.
  3. Click Related Collection Sheet on the toolbar.
  4. In the right-side creation panel, choose Use headers to generate a collection form or Link an existing collection form.
  • Interface result: the collection sheet creation panel appears on the right side.
  • Next action available: you can continue configuring a new form or selecting an existing one.
  • Check whether the current header row is complete before you start, so collected data can map to the correct columns.
  • Keep the network connection available during creation and linking.

2. Manage Collected Data

Entry: right-side Related Collection Sheet panel

  1. Open the Smart Spreadsheet that already has a linked collection sheet.
  2. In the right-side Related Collection Sheet panel, review the submitted data.
  3. Check whether the submitted content has been filled into the matching columns automatically.
  4. Review submitter details and submission time for each record when needed.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: submission records are visible in the right-side panel.
  • Next action available: synced data can be reviewed in the corresponding spreadsheet columns.

Tips While Using

  • For ongoing reporting, check regularly whether the fields still match the current spreadsheet structure.
  • After responses sync into the sheet, you can continue filtering, analyzing, or organizing the data in the spreadsheet.

Entry: Collaboration tab → Related Collection Sheet

  1. Click the Collaboration tab at the top.
  2. Click Related Collection Sheet on the toolbar.
  3. In the right-side panel, click the edit icon to edit the connected collection form again.
  4. If you want to stop the current connection, click the more icon and choose to cancel the related collection sheet connection.
  • Interface result: the form enters edit mode, or the connection is canceled successfully.
  • Next action available: after editing, you can continue using the updated form; after canceling, the current connection no longer stays active.
  • Before changing fields, confirm whether existing data should keep the current structure.
  • After the connection is canceled, new submissions will no longer be written to this spreadsheet through the current link.
