FAQ

Does data submitted through the collection form sync to the spreadsheet automatically?

  1. After a respondent completes and submits the collection form, the data enters the current linked collection flow.
  2. Open the right-side Related Collection Sheet panel to review the submission result.
  3. Confirm in the current worksheet whether the data has filled the matching columns.

Can the same collection form be submitted more than once?

  1. By default, the same user can submit the same collection form more than once.
  2. Each submission usually creates a new record.
  3. If you need to limit submission frequency, check whether the related form settings provide that option.

Can I delete content from a submitted form record?

  1. Open the current spreadsheet that already contains synced data.
  2. Delete the corresponding record content in the spreadsheet.
  3. If you still need to verify earlier submissions, review the original records again from the form statistics or collection results area.
