When using Related Collection Sheet, the most common issues fall into 3 areas: data sync, repeated submissions, and record handling; this page answers 3 common questions.
FAQ
Does data submitted through the collection form sync to the spreadsheet automatically?
- After a respondent completes and submits the collection form, the data enters the current linked collection flow.
- Open the right-side Related Collection Sheet panel to review the submission result.
- Confirm in the current worksheet whether the data has filled the matching columns.
Can the same collection form be submitted more than once?
- By default, the same user can submit the same collection form more than once.
- Each submission usually creates a new record.
- If you need to limit submission frequency, check whether the related form settings provide that option.
Can I delete content from a submitted form record?
- Open the current spreadsheet that already contains synced data.
- Delete the corresponding record content in the spreadsheet.
- If you still need to verify earlier submissions, review the original records again from the form statistics or collection results area.
