1. Check recent changes for a cell
Entry: Floating edit bar → Recent Changes; or View tab → Recent Changes
- Open the spreadsheet file that you want to review, then select the target cell.
- If the floating edit bar appears, tap Recent Changes.
- If you do not enter from the floating edit bar, tap the View tab at the bottom, then tap Recent Changes.
- Wait for loading to finish, then review the recent change records shown in reverse chronological order.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A list of recent change records for the selected cell is displayed.
- Next action available: You can switch to another cell and repeat the review process.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If no cell is selected first, the related record may not be available.
