FAQ

Why can't I find the Recent Changes entry?

  1. Make sure the current file is a spreadsheet.
  2. Select a cell first and check whether the floating edit bar appears.
  3. If the entry is not shown there, switch to the View tab at the bottom and look for Recent Changes.

Why are the change records not shown immediately?

  1. After tapping Recent Changes, wait for loading to finish.
  2. Check whether your network connection is stable.
  3. Select the target cell again and reopen Recent Changes.

In what order are recent changes displayed?

  1. The feature shows recent change records in reverse chronological order.
  2. Newer edits appear before earlier ones.
  3. Review the list from top to bottom if you want to follow the latest changes first.
