What should I do if the result still does not update after recalculation?

  1. Check whether the related cells are formatted as text.
  2. If they are, change the format to General or Number.
  3. Return to the Tools area and run Recalculate again.
  4. Review the formula result again.

Why can’t I find the Recalculate option?

  1. Confirm that the file you opened is a spreadsheet, not a Writer or Presentation file.
  2. Tap the Tools tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Look for the Recalculate command in the tool list.
  4. If it still does not appear, update WPS Office to the latest version and check again.

Will recalculation change my original data?

  1. Recalculation refreshes formula results and does not directly overwrite the original values you entered.
  2. If the data referenced by the formula has changed, the result will update accordingly.
  3. After checking the result, save the file if you want to keep the latest output.
