Why did the Pivot Table not update after the source data changed?

  1. Click any cell inside the Pivot Table.
  2. Right-click and select Refresh.
  3. If the source range has changed significantly, confirm that the data range is still complete and then review the Pivot Table source again.

How do I sort results in a Pivot Table?

  1. Select the field values you want to sort in the Pivot Table.
  2. Right-click and choose Sort.
  3. Select ascending or descending order and check the updated result.

Why do some fields show unexpected results in the Values area?
