Why does the Pivot Table not update after the source data changes?

  1. Click any cell in the Pivot Table to make sure the Pivot Table area is selected.
  2. Choose Refresh from the related tools area or the right-click menu.
  3. If the source data range has changed, review and reset the source data range.

How do I sort values in a Pivot Table?

  1. Select the field value you want to sort in the Pivot Table.
  2. Right-click the field value and choose Sort.
  3. Choose ascending or descending order as needed, and combine it with filters if you want to adjust the display further.

Why do the results look different from what I expected after dragging fields?
