1. Locate Cell
Entry path: Open a spreadsheet and enter editing mode → Tap Tools at the bottom → Tap Locate Cell
- Open the spreadsheet you want to work with and enter editing mode.
- Tap the Tools tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Find and tap Locate Cell.
- Enter the target cell reference in the top input box, such as
B7. - Tap the locate icon to jump to and select the target cell automatically.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The worksheet view jumps to the target position and the target cell is highlighted.
- What you can do next: After locating the cell, you can continue viewing, entering, or editing its content.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If the cell reference format is incorrect, the app cannot locate the target correctly.
- Environment note: This feature is available in editing mode, not in reading mode.
- Input scope: You can enter a single cell reference such as
B7orAA1.- Feature boundary: Direct range input is not supported for this feature.
