FAQ

Why can’t I find the Locate Cell entry?

  1. Make sure you opened a spreadsheet file instead of a document, presentation, or PDF.
  2. Make sure the file is already in editing mode.
  3. Tap the Tools tab at the bottom, then look for Locate Cell.

What should I do if the sheet does not jump after I enter a reference?

  1. Check whether the reference format is correct. For example, B7 means row 7, column 2.
  2. Make sure you entered a single-cell reference instead of a range.
  3. Enter the reference again, tap the locate icon, and check whether the sheet moves to the target position.

Can I enter a cell range instead of a single cell?

  1. This guide covers single-cell references only.
  2. If you need to review multiple positions, enter each reference one by one.
  3. It is helpful to record key references first and then jump through them in order.
