1. Insert a Cell Image

Entry: Bottom toolbar > Insert > Cell Image

  1. Open a spreadsheet and select the cell where you want to add an image.
  2. Tap Insert on the bottom toolbar.
  3. In the Cell Image section, choose the image source.
  4. Select Camera, Photos, or Documents.
  5. Finish the insertion. The image is placed inside the current cell.

Success Criteria

  • Visual result: The selected cell shows the inserted image.
  • Next action available: You can continue editing other cells or save the spreadsheet.

Tips While Using

  • If Photos or Camera cannot be accessed, check iOS permissions first.
  • High-resolution images may increase the file size.

2. Delete an Inserted Image

Entry: Select the image > floating toolbar > Clear Content

  1. In the spreadsheet, tap the inserted image.
  2. Wait for the floating toolbar to appear.
  3. Tap Clear Content.
  4. Confirm that the image is removed from the cell.

Success Criteria

  • Visual result: The image no longer appears in the original cell.
  • Next action available: You can insert another image or continue editing the sheet.

Tips While Using

  • Make sure the correct image is selected before clearing the content.

3. Check Image Display Across Devices

Entry: Save the current file and open the same file on another device

  1. Save the spreadsheet after inserting the image.
  2. Make sure the file has synced to an accessible location.
  3. Open the same file on another device that can access that file location.
  4. Check whether the image appears correctly in the matching cell.

Success Criteria

  • Visual result: The inserted image is visible after the file is opened on another device.
  • Next action available: You can continue viewing, editing, or sharing the spreadsheet.

Tips While Using

  • If syncing is not finished yet, the latest image may not appear immediately on another device.
