1. Insert an image from the toolbar
Entry path: Edit button at the lower right → + icon on the bottom toolbar → Image
- Open a smart document and tap the Edit button at the lower right.
- Tap the paragraph position where you want to add the image.
- Tap the + icon on the bottom toolbar.
- Select Image.
- In the new image area, tap Album or Camera or Choose Cloud Image.
- Select the image you want to insert and complete the upload.
Success Criteria
- The image appears at the current cursor position or in the selected area.
- The image is displayed directly in the document.
- You can continue editing text or other content after insertion.
Tips While Using
- If local images are unavailable, check whether photo or camera permission is enabled.
- Choosing a cloud image requires a working internet connection.
- Tap the target paragraph first so the image appears in the intended position.
2. Insert another image on the right side
Entry path: Tap an inserted image → Right-side Insert on the floating toolbar
- Tap an image that is already inserted in the document.
- Wait for the floating toolbar to appear.
- Tap Right-side Insert.
- In the new image area on the right, tap Add Image.
- Select and upload the next image.
Success Criteria
- A new image area appears on the right side of the original image.
- The new image forms a continuous layout with the original image after insertion.
- The original image remains unchanged.
Tips While Using
- You need to select an existing image first before the floating toolbar appears.
- If the page layout is compact, review the order and spacing after insertion.
- Confirm the display order of multiple images before building a continuous layout.
