FAQ
Can I still type content into a checkbox cell?
- A cell that has been set to the checkbox type is no longer used for direct plain-text input.
- A cell that already contains content also cannot be directly converted into a checkbox cell.
- Check whether the cell needs to keep text before you apply the checkbox setting.
How do I add checkboxes in batches?
- Insert one checkbox into a target cell first.
- Then extend it to other cells with fill actions.
- If you want a full column to use the same setup, use Column Type → Checkbox.
How do I delete a checkbox?

- Open the drop-down menu next to the Checkbox button on the Insert tab.
