1. Open the shortcut panel
Entry: Efficiency → Hotkey
- Click the Efficiency tab at the top of the window.
- Find the Hotkey button in the toolbar.
- Click the Hotkey button to open the shortcut panel on the right side.
- Check that the search box is visible at the top of the panel.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The Hotkey panel appears on the right side.
- Next action available: You can browse categories or search for a command.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you are not in a spreadsheet editing window, the entry may not be visible.
- Environment note: Open a workbook in WPS Spreadsheets first.
2. View the shortcut list
Entry: Shortcut panel on the right
- After opening the shortcut panel, review the default Common category.
- Scroll down to browse categories such as Edit, Format, Data, and View.
- Enter a command name such as copy or paste in the search box.
- Check the matching shortcut shown in the category list or search result.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The panel shows the relevant category items or search result.
- Next action available: You can return to the worksheet and use the shortcut.
- No side effect: The panel is for viewing only and does not change shortcut settings.
