FAQ

Why can’t I find a shortcut for a specific feature in the Hotkey panel?

  1. Open the Hotkey panel and place the cursor in the search box.
  2. Search again with a common name for the feature.
  3. If no result appears, that feature may not have a preset shortcut, so use the menu command instead.

What should I do if a shortcut is intercepted by another app?

  1. Check whether an input method, translation tool, screenshot tool, or another utility is running.
  2. Review that app’s shortcut settings and confirm whether the same key combination is in use.
  3. Close the conflicting app or adjust its shortcut, then return to WPS Spreadsheets and try again.

Can I customize shortcut settings?

  1. Open the Hotkey panel and review the currently available preset shortcuts.
  2. Confirm that the current panel is for viewing only.
  3. Use the existing preset shortcuts for now, because customization is not supported in this panel.
