1. Enter Full Screen

Entry point: View → Full Screen

  1. Open the spreadsheet file that you want to review or edit.
  2. Click View in the top menu bar.
  3. Select Full Screen.
  4. Wait for the interface to hide tabs and the system status bar automatically.
  5. Continue reviewing or editing content in the expanded worksheet area.

  • UI state: Tabs and the system status bar are hidden, and the worksheet area becomes larger.
  • Next actions: You can continue editing, scrolling, and reviewing spreadsheet content.

2. Exit Full Screen

Entry point: Press Esc / click the exit full screen button at the lower-right corner / View → Exit Full Screen

  1. While in Full Screen, press Esc to exit immediately.
  2. If you prefer to use the mouse, move the pointer to the lower-right corner and click Exit Full Screen.
  3. You can also click View again and select Exit Full Screen.
  4. Confirm that tabs and other interface elements appear again.
