1. Start File Optimization and turn on automatic optimization

Entry: Efficiency tab → File Optimization

  1. Open the spreadsheet file that you want to optimize.
  2. Click the Efficiency tab at the top of the window.
  3. Click File Optimization.
  4. Wait for WPS to start the optimization process automatically and show the current file size.
  5. Review the optimized items, including image compression, redundant data cleanup, and style cleanup.
  6. If you want to adjust automatic behavior, click Optimization Settings.
  7. Turn on Allow automatic optimization when opening files that meet the conditions if needed.
