1. Start File Optimization and turn on automatic optimization
Entry: Efficiency tab → File Optimization
- Open the spreadsheet file that you want to optimize.
- Click the Efficiency tab at the top of the window.
- Click File Optimization.
- Wait for WPS to start the optimization process automatically and show the current file size.
- Review the optimized items, including image compression, redundant data cleanup, and style cleanup.
- If you want to adjust automatic behavior, click Optimization Settings.
- Turn on Allow automatic optimization when opening files that meet the conditions if needed.
