1. Export the Current Area as an Image

Entry: Floating toolbar → Export Image

  1. Click the cell or cell range that you want to export as an image in Smart Spreadsheet.
  2. Click to open the floating toolbar.
  3. Click Export Image in the floating toolbar.
  4. Press and hold the exported image, then choose Share or Save to Gallery.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The selected area is generated as an image.
  • Next action available: You can continue to share it or save it to the gallery.
  • No side effect: The original spreadsheet content stays unchanged.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If no cell range is selected first, the target flow may not appear as expected.
  • Permission note: Before saving to the gallery, make sure WPS Office has storage or gallery permission.
