  1. Check whether the chart is still linked to the correct data range.

  3. Make sure the updated or newly added data is included in the chart reference range.

Why are the data points or labels misaligned in the column chart?

  1. Check whether the source data contains blank rows or blank columns.
  2. Check whether merged cells are used in the title area.
  3. Clean up the data structure and insert the column chart again from a corrected selection.

Why does the chart look unclear after insertion?
