How-to Guide
1. Open Card Mode
Entry point: In Reading Mode → Settings in the lower-right corner → Card View
- Open an AirSheet file in WPS.
- Enter Reading Mode and select the cell range that you want to view in Card Mode.
- Tap Settings in the lower-right corner.
- Tap Card View to enter Card Mode.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The table content is displayed as individual cards.
- Next actions: You can continue browsing cards, editing content, or using more actions.
Tips While Using
- Select the cell range first before entering Card Mode.
- This mobile spreadsheet view is more suitable for reviewing data clearly on a phone.
2. Edit and manage content in cards
Entry point: Inside the Card Mode interface
- Browse the current card content in Card Mode.
- Tap the input field under the card name and enter content directly.
- If you need to adjust the card list, tap the three-dot menu.
- Choose Insert Card or Delete Card as needed.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The card field shows the updated result after input.
- Next actions: You can switch to other cards or continue inserting and deleting cards.
Tips While Using
- Before deleting a card, confirm that the current record is no longer needed.
- After inserting or deleting a card, review the card order and content again.
3. Share a card and return to the table
Entry point: Inside the Card Mode interface
- Open the card that you want to process in Card Mode.
- Tap Share to share the current content in card format.
- After collaborators open the document, they can focus on the corresponding card.
- When you finish reviewing or sharing, tap Return to Table.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The share action starts normally, or the interface switches back to the regular table view.
- Next actions: After returning to the table, you can continue browsing or editing the full sheet.
Tips While Using
- Before sharing, confirm that the current card content has been updated.
- If you need to continue reviewing the full data set, return to the table and continue there.
