When using Calculation Options, the most common questions fall into 3 areas: finding the entry, showing summary results, and copying a result.

Why can’t I see the sum and count panel?

  1. Make sure you have selected cells or a range that contains data.
  2. Use Turn on persistent sum and count display in View, or choose Show Sum from the floating edit bar.
  3. If the panel still does not appear, select the data range again and repeat the action.

What results can I see in the summary panel?

  1. After you select data, the panel can show sum, average, maximum, minimum, count, and numerical count.
  2. The results update when you change the selected range.
  3. You can switch between ranges to review different results.

How to copy sum or average results in WPS on Android?

  1. Open the sum and count panel from either available entry.
  2. Tap the summary result that you want.
  3. Paste the copied value into chat, notes, or another app.
