1. Turn On Auto Hide Content

Entry:

  • Option 1: Bottom Tools tab → Auto Hide Content
  • Option 2: Floating edit bar → More ActionsAuto Hide Content
  1. Select the column that you want to hide, or select any cell in that column.
  2. If you use Option 1, tap the bottom Tools tab and then tap Auto Hide Content.
  3. If you use Option 2, open the floating edit bar and tap More ActionsAuto Hide Content.
  4. After it is turned on, the content in that area is displayed as .
  5. The document owner, form filler, and specified users can still view the original content.
