Can I remove someone’s access after sharing the spreadsheet?
- Open the target smart spreadsheet and go to Share.
- Tap People Who Joined the Share to view the current collaborators.
- Remove the target collaborator, or change the link access so that only you can view it.
How can I check who changed a shared spreadsheet?
- Open the shared smart spreadsheet.
- Go to the entry related to collaboration records, such as change tracking or collaboration history.
- Review the collaborator name, edit time, and the related changes.
Why can’t the recipient open the link after I copied it?
- Check whether the sharing scope allows that recipient to access the file.
- Confirm that you copied the latest link and sent the full link correctly.
- Check the network connection, sign-in status, and whether any sharing settings are limiting access.
