How-to Guide
1. Switch Reading Mode
Entry: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Reading Mode
- Open the smart spreadsheet data table that you want to review.
- Tap the Tools button in the bottom toolbar.
- Select Reading Mode in the pop-up window.
- Choose the layout you want:
- Table Mode: records are displayed in a table layout.
- Card Mode: records are displayed as cards, and card layout or displayed fields can be adjusted.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the data table switches to the selected Table Mode or Card Mode.
- What you can do next: continue browsing records or move on to editing, filtering, or sorting.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: if the data table is not opened first, the Reading Mode entry will not be available.
- Environment note: you need to be inside a supported data table page before the entry appears in the bottom toolbar.
2. Edit a Record in Card Mode
Entry: A record card in Card Mode
- First switch to Card Mode by following the steps above.
- Find the record that you want to change in the card list.
- Tap the target record card.
- Open the record details, edit the content, and save the changes.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: tapping a card opens the corresponding record page.
- What you can do next: modify the record content and save it.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: if you are still in Table Mode, the single-record reading experience will differ from Card Mode.
- Environment note: if the edited result needs to sync to online data, keep the network connection available.
3. Filter or Sort in Card Mode
Entry: Filter or sort options in the bottom toolbar
- Switch to Card Mode.
- Find the filter or sort options in the bottom toolbar.
- Add the filter conditions you need, or set the sorting method.
- Return to the record list and review the updated result.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the card list is displayed according to the selected conditions.
