Entry: Tap the table header → Edit → Field Type → Hyperlink

  1. Tap the header where you want to add a new field.
  2. In the floating toolbar, tap Edit.
  3. In the field editing window, tap Field Type.
  4. Select Hyperlink from the field type list.
  • Interface result: The field editing window shows that Hyperlink is selected.
  • Next action available: You can continue to enter a field name and save it.
  • Common mistake: If you do not tap the header first, you may not enter the field editing screen.
  • Environment note: The current data table must support field editing.

Entry: Field editing window → Field name

  1. After selecting Hyperlink as the field type, find the field name input area.
  2. Enter a clear name such as Website Link or Reference URL.
  3. Tap OK to finish the setup.
  • Interface result: A new field appears in the data table with the name you entered.

Entry: Tap a cell → Record details → Hyperlink field

  1. Tap the cell where you want to enter content to open record details.
  2. Tap the corresponding Hyperlink field.
  3. Enter the display text.
  4. Enter the hyperlink address.

4. Save the entry and open the link

Entry: Top-right corner of record details → Done

  1. After entering the display text and link address, tap Done in the top-right corner.
  2. Return to the record and check whether the field content is shown as a link.
  3. Tap the link to confirm that it opens the target page correctly.

  • Interface result: The field content is recognized as a clickable link.
  • Next action available: Tapping it opens the related web page or online resource.

Tips While Using
