1. Create a Find Reference Field
Entry: Right side of the table header → “+” button → “Find Reference Field”
- Click the “+” button on the right side of the table header.
- Select “Find Reference Field” from the field type list.
- Enter a field name.
- Click “OK” to finish creating the field.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A new Find Reference Field column appears in the data table.
- What you can do next: You can open field settings and continue configuring the reference rules.
Tips While Using
- Use a field name that matches the business meaning for easier identification later.
- You can still adjust field settings after the field is created.
2. Configure Find Reference Field settings
Entry: Right-click the field title → “Field Settings”
- Right-click the field title.
- Select “Field Settings.”
- Choose the related field in the settings panel.
- Configure the target field to display and the lookup conditions.
- Click “OK” to save the configuration.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The field displays matching values from the related data table.
- What you can do next: After related records change, you can continue checking whether the displayed result updates as expected.

- The related field and target field need to come from an available data table structure.
