Does deleting a field affect existing data?

1. Check whether the column is still needed before deleting it.
2. Deleting a field also deletes the data in that field.
3. If you only want to remove it from view for now, use Hide instead.

What is the difference between hiding and deleting a field?

1. Hiding a field removes it from the current view only.
2. Hidden field data is still kept and can be shown again.
3. Deleting a field removes both the field and its data.

Which field management actions are supported on mobile?

1. Mobile supports adding fields, editing fields, reordering fields, and hiding fields.
2. These actions are grouped under Tools → Field Management.
3. Make sure you have edit permission before making changes.
