FAQ

Why can’t I see comments for a specific record?

  1. Make sure you opened the correct smart spreadsheet data table and the correct record.
  2. Check whether you have permission to access that record.
  3. Tap the record row marker, open the Comments tab, and check whether the comments appear there.

Can I edit a comment after I send it?

  1. Posted comments cannot be edited again in the current flow.
  2. Open the comment panel for the related record.
  3. Tap the ... icon next to the comment, delete the original comment, and post a new one.

How do I find older comments?

  1. Open the comment panel for the target record.
  2. Check the total comment count at the top to confirm that earlier comments exist.
  3. Swipe upward in the comment list to review older comments step by step.
