FAQ

What happens when the countdown reaches 0?

  1. When the countdown reaches the target time, the component shows 00:00:00:00.
  2. If you want to continue using it, open the editing panel again.
  3. Set a new target time and click OK.

Can I show multiple countdowns in one dashboard?

  1. Yes. You can use "+ Add Component" repeatedly to add multiple Countdown components.
  2. Set a different description and target time for each component.
  3. Save the settings to view multiple countdowns in the same dashboard.

What target time setup methods are supported?

  1. Set the target time in the "Type and Data" tab.
  2. Depending on the current interface, you can use either a custom value or a field-based method.
  3. The time can be set down to the second for a more detailed remaining-time display.
