1. Turn Title Area Protection on or off
Entry: Top of the document → Turn on Title Area Protection
- Open the smart document that you want to manage.
- Move the cursor to the title area at the top of the document.
- When the Turn on Title Area Protection entry appears, click it.
- The title area is protected immediately and becomes non-editable.
- To restore editing, click the same entry again to turn the protection off.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The title area shows a protected state, and collaborators cannot edit the title directly.
- What you can do next: The main body can still be edited according to the document permissions.
- No unwanted effect: Clicking the same entry again restores title editing.
