Who can add comments?
- Make sure the user has opened the target document.
- Confirm that the user has permission to view or collaborate on the document.
- Select text and try opening the comment entry point to post a comment.
- If you want to notify other collaborators, stay signed in and connected to the internet.
How do I delete a comment?
- Click the comment you want to manage.
- Open the More menu.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm the deletion, and the comment will no longer appear in the current active comment list.
- The document owner can delete all comments, while other users can usually delete only their own comments.
Where can I find resolved comments?
- Click the File tab in the upper-left corner.
- Open Comment to enter the comments pane.
- Filter comments by status in the pane.
- Review the comments marked as resolved.
