1. Add a Comment

Entry: Select text → Floating toolbar → Comment

  1. Open the document you want to review.
  2. Select the text you want to comment on.
  3. Click Comment in the floating toolbar.
  4. Enter your comment and choose people to notify if needed.
  5. Send the comment.

  • Interface result: A comment appears near the selected text, and the commented text remains highlighted.

2. Reply to a Comment

Entry: Click a comment → Reply box

  1. Find an existing comment in the document and click it.

  3. Enter your reply and choose people to notify if needed.
  4. Send the reply.

  • Interface result: A new reply appears under the original comment.
  • What you can do next: The same thread can continue with more discussion.

3. Resolve a Comment

Entry: Click a comment → Resolve and Hide

  1. Click the comment you want to process.
  2. Click Resolve and Hide in the comment actions.
  3. Confirm that the comment is hidden from the current document view.

  • Interface result: The comment no longer appears as an active item in the current document view.

4. Use More Comment Actions

Entry: Click a comment → More

  1. Click the target comment.
  2. Click More.
  3. Choose Copy, Edit, or Delete as needed.

5. Open the Comments Pane

  3. Find Comment and click it.

  6. If you want reminders, follow document updates; repeat the action to stop following.
