Who can comment on a document?

  1. Open the target document and confirm that you have permission to view it.
  2. Select text and try to open the Comment entry.
  3. If you can send a comment normally, your current account can comment in that document.

In general, users who have permission to view the current document can comment on it.

How do I delete a comment?

  1. Click the comment you want to process.
  2. Open the More menu.
  3. Select Delete to finish.

The document owner can delete everyone's comments, while other users can usually delete only their own comments.

  1. Confirm that the intended person was selected when the comment was sent.
  2. Check whether the current device has a normal network connection.
  3. Ask the related person to confirm document access permissions and check the notification center.

If a comment was sent but the reminder did not arrive in time, the cause is usually related to network status, notification selection, or document permissions.
